Child Safety Standards
These are ShadiGiva’s published standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This page is public, worldwide, and is not a PDF. It is the URL to use for Google Play child safety standards.
ShadiGiva is an adult matrimony service. You must be at least 18 years old, and of legal marriageable age where you live. We do not allow anyone under 18 to create a profile, browse, message, or appear in search.
Zero tolerance
ShadiGiva does not allow, host, or tolerate:
- Accounts, photos, or chat involving anyone under 18
- Child sexual abuse material, or any sexual content involving minors
- Grooming, solicitation, or exploitation of a minor
- Links, files, or descriptions that sexualise children
Any such content is removed. The account is banned. We report to the relevant authorities where required by law.
How we prevent it
- Age gate at registration. Users declare they are 18+ and legally free to marry.
- Profile review before a profile appears in search.
- Report and Block on every profile.
- Staff review of reports marked as underage, illegal, or child safety.
- Photos and contact details can be restricted. Phone numbers are not shown publicly.
How to report
If you see a profile, photo, or message that may involve a minor or CSAE:
- In the app: open the profile → Report Profile. Use the underage / illegal / child-safety reason if shown, and add detail.
- You may also Block the member so they cannot contact you.
- Email: support@shadigiva.com with the subject line Child safety report, the profile ID if you have it, and what you saw. Do not send illegal images to us.
- WhatsApp: +91 97805 22673
We aim to review child-safety reports as a priority, including outside normal hours where possible.
What we do after a report
- Hide or remove the content while we review.
- Suspend or permanently ban the account if the report is confirmed or the risk is high.
- Preserve records as required by law.
- Report to law enforcement or a designated authority when we have actual knowledge of CSAM or a child at risk. In India this includes the local police and the National Cyber Crime Portal at cybercrime.gov.in.
